Celebrity chef Adrian Richardson is set to liven up the first joint BestWool/BestLamb and BetterBeef conference dinner in Bendigo next month. Like in previous years, the joint conference will highlight industry research and developments that can be applied on farm, and explore everyday challenges that face today’s sheep and beef producers.

The conference will present new and exciting opportunities, information and learnings and delve into industry information like pasture varieties, Barbers Pole worm, managing triplets, stocking rates and lambing density, flock profiling, marketing meat and wool, business management and much more.

The conference dinner will be held at the historic Ulumbarra Theatre in Bendigo on the 26th of June. Adrian Richardson will be designing the menu (so if you’ve ever wanted to try his food now’s your chance!) and will also be a guest speaker.

Adrian is known for his love of ethically-produced meat and for his role as co-host of Ten network’s Good Chef Bad Chef, Boys Weekend and Foxtel’s Secret Meat Business. He owns two Melbourne venues – ‘La Luna Bistro’ in North Carlton and the ‘Bouvier Bar’ in Brunswick East, and is an advocate for working closely with farmers and promoting ethical husbandry. Adrian has also written two books, ‘Meat’ and ‘The Good Life’. Want to see Adrian in action? Teys Australia is sponsoring GCBC’s 10th season, which features plenty of delicious meat from our brands.
