Our beef has once again been recognised as among the best in the world, with our Certified Angus awarded a Bronze Medal at the World Steak Challenge this month.
The sample we entered for the competition was sourced at our Naracoorte plant. The beef was judged on visual appearance and eating quality against entries from 17 different countries, with our Angus awarded a Bronze in the sirloin category.
It’s not the first time our Angus has been awarded – our Premium Black Angus took home Silver at the World Steak Challenge last year. This year’s festival took place in London on July 4 – it’s only the third year of the festival, and we’re sure our beef can continue to catch the judge’s eyes in future.
